Ludovic Koenig 4d62434100 Reassociate the Operator highlight to Statement 
After seeing that the 'new' keyword from Java was linked to the Operator
category, I decided to remap the Operator group to the Statement group.

Ludovic Koenig d387a42bbe Change the attribute of Type from bold to none 
A last minute change before the new release: Types are back to having no
attribute.

In fact, it is expected to set all the attributes in the next release
(0.4.0), so we don't want to go head of ourselves.

A code snippet demonstrating how to use the color scheme was missing. It
has been added under the section that describes how to configure the
color scheme for terminals.

it just states out the required configuration to use the color scheme,
and the colors that are used.
